What time and day did it happen (put down your time zone too):idk when it happened, but i found it at around 5:00 pm on Tuesday

Additional comments:It was random, and did not happen when I was online. it may have been automatically set up when the server was set up.

Maybe I'm wrong but, when a squeaky voiced kid comes inside a server that is already full of mic spam, and the admins are tired and raped out of their minds, then this may most likely happen. Idk, just my theory.
