you were admin on gmod server
it auto transfers over to any server you want
same rank and all that
instantly approved duh
+ your a good admin i would vouche for you on any community if you applied for admin on their forums

No, he means that once you are an admin, if you wish to transfer your "adminship" to another game, it gets automatically approved BECAUSE you are already an admin.
