And personally, I don't think I need to give any more proof, description of the video will explain the clips and why they're really obvious.

So yeah oh and if it helps in any respect, I have four years of experience playing this game and around 3 years playing this game competitively, I can recognize wallhack (Or atleast, I'd like to think that) So I'd much rather you did something about this.

Oh and just to clarify, for a FEW PEOPLE who don't seem to get what cheating is.

Using a material wallhack is classed as cheating, if you can see through a wall that shouldn't be seen through, you're cheating.

r_drawothermodels turns players and objects into wireframe (As you can see in the video) sv_cheats 1 must be on the server and stay on at all times for it to run, your server had it turned off, therefor in the console feed, it's spamming itself to say "There are no cheats, this shouldn't be on" So obviously he's locked it some how so it won't change.

Also, if you want to prevent it a bit more, I recommend sv_pure 2 on the server config. this stops all client side materials from being used whilst on the server and will stop the material wallhackers which cannot be found using an anti-cheat system of any type, that leaves then EAC and other ones to pick up frozen config commands.

awesome ban the fucker people, also i dunno how css console works but in l4d if you type in a cheat and then press sv_cheat 0 the cheats stay there lol =P it is the reason people could spawn 200 zombies and just give themselves a pipebomb while in noclip and still get the achievment.

Hmm If you had the radar on it would help tell whether or not he noticed a dot on his radar during the nade throw
The last bit seems pretty normal with his p90 smg sticking out.
(Wish he didnt have night-vision on cause it'd be hard to tell the shadowing)
