Okay, so yesterday...in the afternoon, I fucked up. Real bad.

People present at the incident: Global_Meltdown, DarkEmoNyuu (I think), Inject OH 4, XANTOS, and Monkeymac32

So basically, some guy joins the server and in 1 round owns 4 people with consecutive headshots. Xantos yells "HE'S HACKING!!!" 4 headshots from a relatively far location and through a window, seemed pretty fishy to me. So me, being the idiot I am, bans him for 30 minutes. Fuck me... Xantos then went on trying to defend my action by saying "HIS SCREEN WAS SHAKING!" but I know I didn't collect enough proof to validate a proper ban. Global and Inject knew it too.

I'm sorry whoever that guy was, I goofed, but I learned. Sorry CG, I FAILED!

Actually i would say that's enough proof (when i was admin for ttt.) but like did he have any recoil? (the shaking of screen means its a broken and fail hack.) How spaced apart were the head shots and how much did Xantos rage?
Those are the the only questions needed to Finnish the proof if you dont believe so.
Also 60% of hackers have the toggling hacks so they have to press insert and mess around with the menu to get it to work so if they stop in the middle of nowhere you should be suspicious of them if they are being accused of hacking.

It's fine no big deal but next time Try to verify it for your self. Although Xantos you have admin I'm not sure why you didn't ban him your self  but w/e doesn't matter sounds like a hacker all is good.
