I'm on the 50/50 mark. He doesn't have a mic so he really doesn't "stand out" then again there's a few admin's without mics and they seem to operate fine.

I say yes, if he can admin without a mic (which is extremely difficult with a bunch of idiot's screaming onto the mic and paying no attention whatsoever to the chat.)

Admins with no mics tend not to do much on the server. I'm not saying Leetgrain is a bad guy, I'm just saying monitoring a server with no mic is a lot of shit to take on. Most of the time, you won't be able to take any RDM complaints from players, unless you're just applying to use your admin powers for yourself.

For example, someone made a complaint thread called "AdminSlacking" involving Mindtrixx.

I concur, without a mic I can barely play efficiently, let alone admin. Being we have so many admins I think we should up the ante. It's not a hard problem to solve:

1. Goto store.
2. Buy a mic.
3. Plug it in.
4. Enjoy.
