yep
gamemode folder went bye bye
i didnt touch it at all nowhere near it
i checked the filezilla logs i didnt do anything to delete the file and nobody else did
most likely someone got a hold of our password and deleted the file
(i did a search "gamemode" in the gmod main directory and checked the trash bin it wasnt there)
i even did a search of every gamemode folder on the server box
none were touched after 8/6/2010       so whoever did it didnt just move it
they deleted it
then deleted it from recycling bin

remscar and i will have access for now if you need access you must pm me

server is up and working for now
luckily thx to remscar admin wont be affected at all
only thing that should be affected is
maybe custom guns wont be there
fretta needs a fix up

some very strange things happened such as when we changed map and everything went to hell
the server started to constantly change map every 30 seconds which means someone was doing it manually
im investigating it now

Who all even had access to the box? You should know this and be able to talk to all of these people about this.

thing is
it is password is all you really need to know to get on to the remote desktop
someone could have easily shared it with someone else
also
what worried me is my computer is connected to the desktop
im going to disconnect that pretty soon so nobody is on my desktop fucking MY shit up
i just needed it so i could tranfer large files easily (backups of entire servers)

You cant delete our userlist / ban list, its impossible.
