Application for admin. *DENIED

Hi my name is Gabe and I am applying for the position of admin on the Conjoint Gaming terror town server. I asked about the website and(=CG=) ?ri?? [Ins] referred me to this website. In game name is Gabe. My steam id is STEAM_0:0:24315561. I do not have any past experience of being an admin but I do have some experience as being a peace keeper on some servers. Some good qualities I posses are I am on when no admins are on, I am well liked by some of the players, I do not rdm, I am applying for admin to help the server that's a great quality isn't it. My voice is deep and I can control myself when people are throwing comments on me. I helped an admin (or told him) to ban 2 racist players. My voice is deep so I sound from 15 to 20+ depending on the persons opinion.
I am from the United States of America and currently live in San Francisco, California. I am 13 but I have an older mentality and have a deep voice so I do not sound 13 but at the age of my previous statement. I know the biggest concern is my age but you can ask any admin I played with I sound older then 14.

i played with him today he didnt do anything wrong, he didn't yell, he kept his cool, but in lost temple he fired his machine gun and ran into a death trap which was weird  o.0 but that wasnt a problem so i reccomend him it just depends if hes on the server like everyday

Only reason i killed myself was 5 or 10 seconds left wanted to scare the detective with gun shots and make people laugh with suicide.

I have no idea... Gabe is funny and all, but I don't know if he's mature enough to keep the server stable. We just need to know if he's gonna use his admin powers to help and pay attention to others, not himself only.

I can be mature when I need to be. I will admit I joke around a lot but when it comes to someone breaking the rules ie rdming racism etc I am serious. That is the reason I am applying for admin is because sometimes no one is on to do anything and generally people can't do anything. That is the reason I am applying so I can help the server.
