That's not fair. This is the the only alive server for ZM that I know. I can't just leave this like that.

To summarize this players continuous inability to follow a single fucking rule, I'd recommend just look at his steam avatar.
He's been warned and banned SO many fucking times now.

And yet he can't get it through his thick fucking skull that porn isn't welcome in our servers, nor is it welcome on steam itself and yet he's continuously broken the rules both in game and in steam.

No, you're steam account does matter in this situation. Because you're breaking the same rule you can't seem to follow else where.
We've told you time and time again that you can't keep using those sprays. We've literally given you dozens of chances and yet you continue to keep breaking this one rule over and over again.

This rule also applies to ALL of steam and yet, at risk of your steam account being banned you continue to fail at following A SINGLE rule.
Now let's not forget where after you were banned you proceeded to break another rule.



You continuously spammed joined with dozens of different messages.
I see zero chances of you getting unbanned from ZM seeing as almost every single ZM admin has kicked or banned you at least once. Along with the fact that EVERY ZM admin has at least warned you two or three times.

You failed to listen and you failed to change.

Just wait it out for now and hope they're more forgiving. They make take some pity on you since we're basically the last populated server, or they won't I don't know.

Either way, IF they do unban you and you do this again,  I can promise you there will be no chance of appeal the next time.

I think it's funny how you think you've been wronged somehow.

I have to fully agree with Tic on this - you don't know when to stop, and you continue breaking rules, so what's the point having you around? We've seen how you deal with being banned, we've seen you break rules over and over, and now you're acting like you have the high ground when really you're the one that got yourself banned.

It's pretty simple: don't use inappropriate pictures, names, sprays, etc. that break our rules and the Steam rules, and maybe you won't get yourself banned. As far as I can tell, you've been warned, kicked, banned, and now perma-banned over it, and yet you haven't gotten the message.

Pretty much everything Crovv and Tic have said is accurate. You seem to have absolutely no idea when to stop even though we've told you when to stop time and time again. Even Steam, as Crovv and have Tic said, punishes players, such as yourself, for pornographic images. We are no different, which is something you should know considering how many times you've been told/kicked/banned.

If you get unbanned, which judging by how you've been acting (saying that we are the ones who wronged you probably won't happen very soon, this will be your last and final chance. I'd assume that any other offense/problem you are responsible for will be your last.

This is basically a reiteration of what Tic and Crovv have said, but I'm trying to put it in the most clear and easy to understand manner for you. If you get unbanned and do something like this again there will be no more chance for an appeal/forgiveness (unless Chris decides to be very merciful the next time, should it ever happen again).

Y'know, if you'd just gone straight to the forums and appealed the permaban, you may have actually had a fraction of a chance at getting unbanned. It's not likely, but it would have made a better case for you, especially if you'd done so without complaining about how "unfair" it is like you're doing right now. But instead, you decided to sit around spamming the server with insulting, whiny and guilt-tripping messages for hours. If you had a shot at getting unbanned before, you lost it the second you started insulting people.

Each person has a measure of disgust and not every person cares about it. And i can promise you, it was last time when you seen me using porn sprays on the server. I can change, if you want to.

Posting porn sprays is a big no-no. It can get us into trouble indirectly, and thats something we want to avoid.

Then I heard all about you spamming to join the server with, well lets say vulgar names, such as what Tic posted.

Yeah, I've heard the stories of you lately, and while I wish we could unban you because we're one of the 3 "alive" ZM servers; you completely disregarded the rules multiple times and the way you spammed the server with your connecting and name changing is foolish and cost you your playing privileges.

If we did unban you, the admins would be watching you day and night waiting for you to do something else; and we really don't need that stress on the few ZM admins we have.

Also fellow CG members, even though this player broke the rules and is banned, we don't need to call him names or attack him. He's banned now and he will stay banned, no reason to add insult to injury.
