While I do not believe I have played with herp I have seen him active on the forums, even if some of his posts were slightly trollish. But I do believe him to have good intentions. so I'm gonna give a +1 and suggest that he is under trial admin for a longer extent then normal just to be safe. And a word to herp like they said grow thick skin because people can be asshats, don't stoop to their level.

Honestly, we don't really need ttt admins right now, but give him a shot. Might be good. Active, trolling has pretty much stopped, so there is visible and notable behavioral improvement.

I think he will be fine. My only concern is how he will react when people inevitably call him a squeaker for adminging. Hopefully he keeps a cool head and follows procedure.

Edit: This is your chance to keep it straight, be mature and help the community. Being a trial, it's gonna be hard, Are you sure you can handle all that responsibility given your age? Not that age really matters if there is a 3 year gap between the standards but you will have to sacrifice past times. This is serious bro, you will be tested, try to manage yourself and you'll be able to succeed. I have played with you, and I have seen some positive changes, keep it up buddy and you'll make it.

Id +1 Herp Derp if I could, he's a great guy and from what I remember a very rule-knowing type fella.
But I get the odd feeling my opinion doesn't matter on this subject.

Deffinetly. Ive always been supportive, and of herp, and I still am. He is one of the most active players ive ever seen, and I know hes mature enough to do this. +1.

After playing with him recently and having troublemakers on the server, he's been nothing but helpful. His maturity is better, and his use of the mic isn't annoying or childish or trollish when he does use it. I can't remember the last time he purposely RDMed or trolled and acted mean/annoying about it.
