While there may be a version of this floating around somewhere I think it imperative to have it where it should be. Some people may not know exactly what to do as far as getting their content to a person who can upload it. I will list a few sites that I personally have used and think to be the best sites for file sharing.
1.) First off the way to get your content to the publishers has already been explained in one of the stickied threads, just to reiterate you need to contact one of the publishers preferably by PM so as to not crowd the CG youtube Forum.
2.) Here is a list of sites and a short explanation of them so you may use them to share your file with a publisher by just sending them a link to where they can go and download it.
1.) 4Shared - 100 Gb's of storage, desktop app for uploading and downloading, and its free

2.) Zippy Share - Unlimited Storage, the down side is that you cannot upload anything over 100 Mb's , it is free though

http://www.filefactory.com/These are the three file sharing sites I feel that are safe and simple to use.
