Forums fucked?

So.....the 'home' page doesnt show up at all for me, all it has is:

Thats it no home page.  Also the shoutbox shows up NOWHERE as far as I can find

it does not work here if i use firefox but if i use explorer works fine

im on firefox cause IE gives my computer an enema, and no shoutbox or home page.
most people use firefox these days anyways, needs fixing!
