Old Crow and Cadaver have told me on multiple occasions all about how Inject decided to restrict server access from the other CL's. Despite clear reasons to start on a fresh community, the CL's chose to ignore the situation. For a while Inject was clearly filibustering the Head Admin for ZM. He approved Chris's HA the day after this conversation:

Otter, all I know is Inject has control of the servers that the other CL's do not have, and that we didn't get HA because the CL's didn't come together to make a decision because Inject wasn't responding to messages on the subject according to Cadaver and Old Crow and if all the Cl's don't agree they said they couldn't do anything.

So yeah, until Inject responded to messages and got involved, we got nothing done for ZM
