Well, I played for a few hours today and already hit like level 22 just doing hard/very hard versions of the starter missions. Seems like they increased the XP and money drops from missions too.

They actually reduced it. A regular jewelry run (front of store) would get about 45k with 8 bags and about 48 with 9 bags. But now with 9 we get about 40k.

And, EXP, it used to be a bonus of 7200EXP on overkill jewelry but now it's like 5400

I did have it, both in the Beta and the Full Release. They may have changed how much of a bonus you get from the perk, but the money is still less.

Yeah, but you fail the stealth, you don't get any gold, which means no ludicrous payout, right?

I'm also starting to get close to silent safecracking, too. Another 2 points for the lockpicking upgrade, then another 8 for the safe. After that, I may respec out of enforcer and start going into the tech tree. Because sometimes lockpicking stuff takes too long, haha.
