Been on for a few minutes lately. Coding in Java is fucking confusing and boring, so I found time to hang out on TTT.

The entire atmosphere of TTT now is disheartening and uncomfortable. Once I join the server, I already hear RDM complaints and the frequent "Wasn't he suppose to be slain already?" Everyone says shitbox. Everyone has a bind for shitbox. Everyone complains about everything. Admins are too uptight about everything.

I can remember when people would have cool discussions on old Disney/CartoonNetwork/Nick shows where everyone would participate and have fun. RDM was almost non-existent back then. During the game I had people just go in a huge "Follow Unknown march on the Zelda map" or something idiotic that didn't break rules.

I even talked to a few players, some of whom are admins. They think lately TTT is going "stale" and unenjoyable. So my message to TTT. Lighten the fuck up. If you get angry during TTT, you're doing it wrong.

Just my 2 cents.

But seriously. It's because we have inactive admins. I would reapply, considering I can, but my computer is toast right now, and has been for 2 weeks. Laptop battery burnt out and now I have no computer until a new one comes in. So it may be a bit before I'm able to admin.

I've been here for, what. Almost four years now? And I don't notice any difference in TTT between then and now. You're always going to have RDMers, retards and the likes. The only real difference is a lack of admins..  But even then, that's not really true, because there's usually always at least ONE online.. And if there isn't, I hop on.

I don't believe that Unknown's point was to say "TTT was better in the old days", I think it's to tell people to "Yo, chill out.". It also might be saying to not complain about everything. Or comment about how your aim was off, and blame it on something that only partially exists to a near non-existant point.

I miss the good old days when I could be a traitor, pick someone who was being a douche bag and Jihad bomb them every chance I get.

Now it's just cancerous "Shitboxes!" and bitching about every little thing.
