Cortez basically says the truth. Also the "Little brother" excuse never works on an unban. I've (and possibly everyone else) has seen this excuse many times. Even if it were true you would need some good hard proof.

I think by KOS everyone he meant kill everyone. He might have thought it was Counter-Strike.
