Why you wish to be admin: We recently lost so many admins so I just had to apply.

Not that it means much coming from me, but Tendovvi would be an excellent Admin. He is on often and is an pretty chill. I've talked to him personally several times and he is very respectful and can properly handle situations. Because of the recent administration loses more admins are needed, Tendovvi is the best candidate I can think of.

You remember the issue I had with you on the ZPS server? In-game, you were idle. I literally had to threaten you with the loss of admin to really get you to do jack. I know you won't abuse, and I know you're a great person to game with, but it's just I'm not sure if you'll do your job.. you are pretty lazy. :I

I'm not trying to be mean at all, it's just we need admins that actively do their jobs; you've seen me fighting 5-6 RDM's per round before, and it's stressful like crazy sometimes. I just don't think you'd do that. For now, it's a +0 until you've officially proven to me that you'll do what's necessary to get your job done.

But, I think I'm going to give him a +1 because I know he knows the rules, and he's only been banned once for RDM when it should have only been a slay..? (How he described it to me was he GG'd someone and said he had to leave and the admin banned him for a week for RDM/Leave when he hadn't even left yet.) He's a really good player and is there ANYONE here who can say they've punished him at all? Slay, gag, ban? He's also here for the server, I believe almost all of his posts so far are legit hacker ban requests. He knows all of the source commands, and he's listened to me deal with RDM's since I became admin on mic and he's seen how I handled them off-mic. He should know his stuff even without training.

I'm going to try and warm him up to using mic, but I think that's unpossible. But as others have said, having a mic doesn't make an admin good and not having one doesn't make them bad.
