I would say no. Obviously not much thought was put into this application, or his previous one for that matter. After his previous application was locked he still continued to bug admins to comment on his application every round for about three maps, and I had to tell him about 6 or 7 times that his application was locked before he finally stopped spamming chat with "Admin check out my app on the forums".

Also, how would good qualities be non-applicable for an admin?

congrats on the post, how long did it take you to do this? never seen a 3 digit steam id are you one of the first members of steam???? and what happened? you don't have any good qualities? i thought playing football really connects to TTT, it helps me out alot
