I did not place the slab there, when I jumped down someone possessed it then I threw it into the teleporter, after id'ing the 3 bodies there, the slab was there when I jumped down.

Here's the thing, I was killed along with 2 others from that stone slab. Once I was dead in spectator I had to work out an argument and then I went to go see who was down there. Sure enough I saw you, down there, picking up the stone slab with the magneto stick and also throwing the three bodies of ours through the teleporter. I asked the dead T's if you were a traitor and they said no. I figured by the three bodies you had 3 kills with that slab.

What most of us admins do is, when we see 3 rdms, we don't question - we just go ahead and do the 3 day ban. So I didn't feel the need to question; in this case, I should have.

Since there is no (I'm guessing) conclusive evidence for this case, the ban should be appealed if that's how it works, maybe if there is no conclusive evidence they side with the admin. Either way it's definitely not permanent, and probably not even longer than the time you've been banned so far.

It's just strange that you were down there alive. See where I'm coming from?

Exactly he had the slab in his magneto stick, it was not through the teleporter when I got down there. I saw that with my own eyes, no other way to prove that then the trust code of a regular admin

I mean both me and him said he was down there... unless we were both lying.. I'm not sure why there's doubt but you are correct to claim there is no conclusive evidence

Just unban the kid give him another chance. No way of telling so just give him the benefit of the doubt.

It appears the ban will be lifted even shorter than 3 days, so here's a word of advice:

If you didn't do the slab thing, I'm sorry you fell in this mess, try not to look so suspicious

If you did do the slab thing, remember you CANNOT place it there unless you are a Traitor

 OR an Inno/Det. claiming that room ONLY after 2 minutes remain.

I will also be more careful when dealing with RDM cases involving that slab, and definitely take screenshots next time before I ban for that issue.. I was slipping on my job

Yes at some point tonight I will shorten the original ban of three days to two. Its sort of a meet in the middle kind of deal.

Anyway, Andre already put it best. We made a change in the rules that specifically addresses the stones issue so you best be following it sir.

Thank you to Andre and Oobla for making sure that this was spotted, and the player was given the appropriate punishment. I ask for screenshots only because it makes it that much easier to show a visual of what happened. Don't take it as if I don't trust your word!!
