Faker on the Server (syNax)

We just saw a faker on the server thats named syNax too.
Nexus said we have to change our name. But why? Its my own name
and he steals it! So he kicked us. I thought. No! He only kicked me! As I
wanted to talk with him via Steam, he didnt answer. Then I joint on the Server
again to ask why he only kicks me and not the faker and why im getting kicked?!
But I could only write 1 word, then I got banned. Why?!?!? He fakes me, so he has to be kicked?
You can check it! Im playing with this name longer on the server and on steam!

Could you please help me?
Im getting no support from Nexus because he only kicks me...

I have personally never seen you on the server before nor do I have a way of who came into the server first, since evolve doesn't let me do individual kicks I had to choose one of your Steam IDs to kick so that your names weren't the same. (Your names were EXACTLY the same) You kept rejoining with the same name as the other so I banned you for 5 minutes so you would change your name.

The person who joins second should be the one kicked.

Also, just a thought, if you wanted to talk to him on the server without being kicked you could've just changed your name.

I was on when this happened and I think I remember saying that this syNax (the one without a user picture or whatever) has been on and the faker (who has a steam user picture) should be kicked. However there's a lot of people talking so idk if anyone heard me.
