EDIT: Also, it appears a few votes have showed up on the poll in favor of keeping it the same. We haven't seen any testimonies as to why on the thread, however. I feel these votes'd be more valid if we knew why you feel that way, so kindly share your perspective voters.

They should play on the servers and if they ever want to become anything other than a trial or regular; they must be forum savy. Find ways to get NON-admins to post, that's the real issue. Just make the requirement that they must be on the forum and server for a month before they're acceptable for admin; or somethin.

What? No? Just saying admins should just be expected to play on the servers, and that forum activity shouldn't be a requirement for admin until later ranks.

We need admins whom can solve ban appeals and requests.

Plus, posting on the forums is a sign of loyalty and trust.

Also, I have to admit when I was a wee li' one, I didn't post at all because I felt like there was nowhere for me.

But, we've been making a ton more threads that anyone can relate to. And, if there are none for them, then they are free to make a new thread. As long as it's not spam..

I've never agreed with the post count rule it feels like a shallow way of getting people to use our forums and labeling a specific number of posts misleads people into spamming(how this whole situation started in the first place). As a whole I find the whole rule Redundant with the voting on admin apps, I think we should rely on what people in the community have seen of the person and base our verdict on that although I do think that admins should be active in the community as a whole instead of just their specific servers.
