Murkay, I was kinda confused on how it work because I keep hearing it back and forth.

Yeah, it was a group decision (CL and HA) to place a few Vet Admins on the TF2, so we would have "instant" coverage.  The Vets that were given it, at the time, were ones we saw playing a lot.  that plus the ones we could contact for their steam id, or we had their steam id got status.
