We usually require evidence before banning hackers.
Although something that catches my eye is that you have VAC bans on record along with a private profile.

I have a private profile b/c I got fed up with random people drawing (stuff) on my comments, and I'm VAC'd in MW2 because, well, it's a throughly dumb game.

Although considering your previous history in mind, what's to say you haven't been hacking recently? Why would you hack?
