Sigh. Ok, guys... My 2 cents: In a game with multiple players that HAS to use the mic to get objectives done (TTT, insurgency, etc.) Please use the centered typed message to get your point across. 2 reasons. 1. You may not be heard over the mic... 2. IF there is any question you warned, the log shows your typed response.
Also, please do not bypass the forum blocking of certain words... It is there for a reason. Doing so intentionally can garner the wrath of Cadaver, and expose CG to other issues...
Inferno, not exactly. IF it offends - it is hate speech, even if the intent was not to do so. So, it is a slippery slope to allow it. But, I will leave that decision to the CLs and the Head Admins as to what is hate speech.
But if the fellow pops on a server I am on, and starts throwing the words around, I do this: 1. Warn, verbally AND in chat... If it continues to occur 2. TEMP MUTE, and explain to the fellow why, in chat. 3. Remove the temp mute, and see if the fellow continues. IF he does, 4. Warn again and mute him for the duration, but not a perma mute.
IF the fellow disconnect/reconnects to the server to bypass the mute, then he has another violation, disrespecting the actions of an Admin, which can lead to: A. A kick with warning (chat and verbal FIRST, before kick.) If he returns, and acts poorly, then he gets B. A warning in chat and mic and a Day's Ban (with a PM to the Head Admin as to what has occurred, with specific dates, times, names, so he has a heads up.) This way if the fellow comes back on and acts poorly, then the Head Admin has the poor player on radar...
IF this is incorrect, Head Admins, please modify...
