I finally found out how to automate backups
so what i am going to do it
make a full backup of the servers we use and then each week it will do an incremental backup (only backs up what files were edited or moved)
this means it should free up some of my time and at the same time im going to have the backups sent to
1. the backup drive
2. a drive off site (mine)
