Below is a ROUGH Draft of what will be our rules/protocal for mods and everyone else.  Put in your input and suggest new rules or suggest edits or removing rules and INCLUDE why












Forum Moderation rules expectations and protocal

1. No porn
- anything directly porn related
EX Full nudity
- Links to pornsites are ok as long as it comes with a warning that it is a link to a pornsite
  + 1st  offense warning
  + 2nd  offense 1 day ban
  + 3rd  offense 1 week ban

2. No Racism
  + 1st offense warning
  + 2nd offense 1 day ban
  + 3rd offense 1 week ban

3. No Flaming others
- Includes vulgar language that is directed at another member
  + 1st offense warning
  + 2nd offense 1 day ban
  + 3rd offense 1 week ban

4. No spamming outside of the Spambox
- Spam is defined as multiple posts or irrelevant content
  + 1st offense post deleted and warned
  + 2nd offense 1 day ban
  + 3rd offense 1 day to 1 week ban


  + NOTE (for all offenses the user MUST be PMED by the Moderator and the pm must contain
- Name of the infraction
- Link to the post
- whether it is a warning or if their will be punishment

Also use the moderator comment button when editing their post and leave your name and the infraction the person broke

How closely moderated is flaming going to be? That and spamming? Sometimes people make it a hard call to decided if it's spam, or just.. the poster being them self...

outside of the spambox it applies only and spam is considered alot of worthless posts

it would apply for the more extreme cases

I suppose any minor flaming, a posted warning would suffice. If necessary we could just delete the post.

Yeah, allowing for moderation is ok, a little spam and a little off topic, fine.

But when you keep pushing it, to troll, or to bash someone, then not fine and punishment occurs...

also we are only going to have global moderators so we can simplify the problem

mods for a certain board isn't going to work
