Computer problems.

I am a pathetic, worthless, piece of rhinoceros feces and I don't deserve the air I breathe.

And now that we've established that,
please help me.
(This should really be in the 'help' forums)

So, I've been using my computer for a year now and a lot of shit as piled up
I reformatted my computer a couple days ago and wiped my drive clean
I installed Windows Vista Home Premium and started updating the shit

Then i noticed that my monitor would go into sleep mode and couldn't be woken up saying it lost VGA Input.
After a couple hours of research and shit, I realized it was my graphics card.

I removed the card (ATI Radeon HD 4670) and began to use the onboard graphics card.
My computer works now.

I need that graphics card to play games (because the onboard one is weak) but whenever I put the ATI card back in, the monitor would "Lose VGA Input" after a few minutes.

Device manager doesn't even RECOGNIZE the shit.

I reinstalled the drivers for the card but nothing changed.


My friend said it had something to do with reinstalling my motherboard's chipset drivers or SOME SHIT I DUNNO.


But yeah, if I don't get this fixed I'll have to buy a new card...which sucks because I'm pretty sure it's still functional.

but i would search for every driver you can find for the components in your comp and see if something works.
i do know that once i reinstalled my dell computer and the drivers where not in order everything fucked upp. for that comp i had to reinstall in a specific order, maybe you could see if that is a problem.
hope i have helped but i doubt it does seeing that i am not very good at theese type of things.
if you end upp having to buy a new graphics card i would reccomend ATI radeon HD 5870 =)
also you could try installing windows 7 i dunno, i know vista fucks upp alot of shit lol
