So, a few murder players seem to talk about getting massive lag. This is an FPS drop related issue on the murder end. Follow the following steps to fix lag:
I'm lagging! Please help me!
Try turning off knife halos with "mu_halo_knife 0"
If that doesn't work try turning off halos altogether with "mu_halo_render 0"
If that doesn't work try turning decreasing mu_footstep_maxlifetime, the default is 30, measured in seconds.
If however your issue isn't lag but is in fact being unable to join the server check and see if you have CSS mounted, then check if you also have CS:GO Mounted. CS:GO will create conflicts if it is mounted as some of the maps share identical names. Make sure to only have CSS Mounted whilst playing Murder.
