also we would need a steam id or steam page that helps out alot if not ill look through logs
generally with these type of ban requests with no proof i scroll through the groups and friends of the person if they belong to a hacker/mingebag/goron (same as minging but more douchey) city group/4 chan etc.... they usually can get perma banned just for affiliation (unlike cvg we dont go out of our way to ban them if they are good in the server then we dont ban but if we get reports and they belong to the group we can generally expect that if they belong to those groups they are going to kick up dust on the server
