I think it was Krolin that I talked to about this. Space flight sims were all the rage back in the 90's but they completely died the past ten years, now it looks like they are making a comeback and this one in particular looks great. So long as I can actually fly the ship (EvE's autoattack is just real lame.)

There was going to be a Space Flight Simulator MMO called Jump-gate Evolution ,but it got cancelled. Whats worse is that they canceled it the same way a mod maker would, by not updating the site and then randomly taking the site down. The devs also made a kickstarter for it under the name "squad wars", but I don't believe it reached its goal.

I got registered on Star Citizen early on, it looks pretty awesome, but it is always possible that it might suck, it is a pretty ambitious project.
