What was the problem/offense?: Constant trolling with the lethal launcher, players may shoot other players with it, causing the 'dizzy' affect and being a nuisance, but players cannot retaliate due to the TK protection. He also attacked other players and killed them if they tried to shoot him.
• Proof: I don't have any proof of him actually shooting people with the lethal launcher, but I had yankees as a witness.
