So I'm looking for a new budget card, here is what I have looked at

If I heard correctly, isn't AMD going out of business (DON'T QUOTE ME ON THIS. THIS IS RUMOR)? If so, you will probably have better service with nvidia :p

Id recommend a 7770 with 2gb just to future proof a little. It has very little power consumption and in crossfire it can perform as well as a 7950. So get one 7770 now, and one later when you have the money? Just an idea.
