Additional comments: I'm not quite sure why I would be banned for an "aimbot", my aim is terrible and I haven't even been on in like a month. I just tried to login and it said I was banned.. I've played on CG for what seems like forever, and wish someone would explain exactly why I was banned.

-Sigh- I think people are getting too jumpy with the claims of aimbotting. I was an admin for 6 fucking months, and only TWO people were EVER even accused of aimbotting. Well, Tendovvi was accused on several accounts.. but those don't count.

Oh boxman and his worthless posts, then again it is in his signature. Just because you've never seen something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist and just because you haven't seen something, or someone, in a long time doesn't mean it's gone away if you catch my drift. All jokes aside I am neutral on this ban appeal until I have seen demo(s) because I have spectated khoshy before and haven't seen anything too unnatural.

I'm vouching for him. If he truly had aimbot, he would have dropped the second attacker. Am I not right? He had a good few shots on him, so it should have been enough to AT LEAST do SOME damage, which in the video, did not damage enough to even change the health color.

First kill is simply hitbox error, everyone gets it where they don't shoot a head, and they get a head shot, or they shoot a person who isn't moving at all and it does no damage. GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE, SO SAYETH THE WAFFUL.

As much as I don't like the guy I'm not seeing aimbot. I'm seeing a guy doing some good gun control by keeping it about head level in a door.

This is why if you're getting a demo, do it for more than 1 kill. Sometimes a person gets lucky.

Before anyone jumps on him for aimbot remember this: Admins are human and make mistakes. He was just trying to do his job, this is why we have an appeal. The first kill did look really suspicious but that's why you always get MORE evidence because it could just be lag or smart shooting.
