.:sf beast:. RDMed me at the start of the round and left. I have his Steam ID and a copy of the damage log.

You usually need the entire log or a screenshot (the best option to prove it wasn't edited) for it to be considered solid evidence, as you can hardly tell what was going on with these three lines. Although, you're a good player, so I'm not accusing you of lying. Just saying that for future advice.

I'm sorry I want to belive you but that is nor proper evidence, since it can be edited and next time please take a screen shot.

This is also isn't in right format so try again, if you don't have the screenshot or the proper evidence then I'm sorry but you are going to have to let this one pass and try to get him next time he does it by taking a screen shot better yet record it

Really sorry, but you know how easily text is fabricated. Awesome if you get us a picture, easiest way is using the steam in game picture snapper which i believe is either f11 or f12.
