Since pwned went away due to a few bad things like his house burning down
I can only assume he will not be on for a while so

I went ahead and did a few changes on the server to allow it to be more self sustaining

fixed up fast download redownloading files (not fixed yet but will later tonight)

anyways server should be able to self sustain alot better

I was hoping for a ZPS head admin temp. be issued and noted.

It takes 3+ minutes to download for some reasonnn.
