any one know why every time i open the ban list i get

I get it too. No big deal, once you click the close button another one pops up. At the bottom of that one theirs a box you can check and it makes it so it doesn't appear again. (Until you re-open the internet and go to sourcebans)

Yeah, It's a MYSQL error I looked into for wholegrain.  Turns out he wasn't ending his sessions properly in phpMyAdmin.  I'm not sure what command he was missing though, it's probably mysql_close(); or $db->disconnect(); (PEAR).  I'm not good with MYSQL though, maybe someone else can help.

wholegrain showed me the log.  The error was something along the lines of "User has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections."  Again, I believe it's because he wasn't ending his sessions properly.
