I need a map editting. Want to help?

First let me say, this isnt a rip off someones map its a edit, improve and give the original creator credits too

The map is rp_cscdesert

Now i need this map editing to make it better for a test server for CG, i need the following things done:

-Increase the map size ALOT
- Put in another full size army base
-Space out the current bases and villages
-Increasing size of current army base and putting surface builds in
-Adding a few shops/another floor to the vault
-Make the mine already open and lit
-Remove the fuses and make lights auto
-For both army bases put a generator (big) that can be destroyed (and replAced in an admin room) which cuts all power. Make so only explosions will destroy it.
-Another village or a town
-Make the gate at the army base work
-Increase the bunker size a little and remove generator buttons and replace with coding to make it so if something explodes on it (only explosions) then it is destroyed
-Admin room
-Improve realism
-Remove the Nuclear fallout hole
-Remove vaults big ass turret
-Improve and update current buildings so they look lived in and used not post appoliptic
-An oasis would be nice
-Anything else to make it more like a desert for 2 opposing armys to fight in.

There is ALOT of things to be done and im sure no one will want to do it all. So if you want to HELP with this then i need a team, i need one person to head the map then other people to take on certian tasks that then get placed into the main map. If you want to help please comment and tell me so i can get this project going

Seems like a total revamp, maybe a completely new map would be better?
Yea, looks like a very simple map, a complete redo would be much better.

A remap would be fine. But it needs the same things as this map plus what the map needs doing such as new buildings ext, Also if your doing a redo please could there be a civilian airstrip, it can be abbandoned  and have old plane corpses

Its for that future gamemode, it will be a current war with civilians in the middle of it
