No, thats a lack of confidence. Confidence is knowing your abilities and having pride in them. If you say 'Oh but they were better then me...' Then you won't get very far. You have to have pride and you have to develop yourself and your skill base to overcome small things like that. If you don't develop confidence in yourself, then nobody will be confident in you as an admin. You'll be pushed around easily and would be afraid to do your job. And those are not qualities that would desirable as an admin.

Anyway, we've turned down some applicants because of our situation and requirements. Please consider what most of our Members are like (for example, are they serious, unserious, how mature are they, etc) and compare that to yourself first.

We have lots of fun, but we don't accept everyone that we see. Don't think it's that easy. Though being 15 is a requirement, that doesn't mean it'll give you a free instant access to becoming an admin.
