time for a website overhaul?

its around that time when we grow bored of these forums/site and wish to work on the website alot more
problem is
we don't have anyone who is
willing to do it for free
has the knowledge to do it
has the time to do it

we have many things we would like to add to our site
such as a main page
if anyone has the skills to fit the bills reply here or hit me up
our forums are still better than they were last time
but things we are hoping to add
1. main page
-link to forums
-link to donations
-link to who we are page (read below)
  * hoping to get it so ppl can buy stuff like our own lil store like slots or models etc....
2. Donor tracker set up
3. More visuals on the forums  and more pics spiff it up alot
4. more smileys alot more like our old forums (NO BUTT HUMPING SMILEYS ..... or maybe XD)
5. A page that describes who we are and what we do something that links from the main page so people can understand what we are trying to achieve in this community and where we stand in our ideology on how to run a community/server
6. If possible maybe games
7. Many more small misc things like whos online make that more visually sexy!  and some small features and options may be changed around

To add to this it would be nice to have a little blog for the CL's or a special section for game reviews or something along those lines.

meh, i like it as it is.  its a good forum system thats easy to use and not overly complicated.

I would however like support for gif (as in ANIMATED) avatars and maybe ya know have it so i can see the homepage and shoutbox again someday....
