How so? Who is it? And the bans are handled by STEAM ID.
Wrong section again btw. Announcements are mostly to be used by Community Leaders/Admins to post important stuff. And by important I mean to CG and its progression and growth. Not saying your situation isn't important.

lolololololololol, it was when the server was broken and no one could see who was who, Trust me, you aren't going to get banned.

Either are all the player's on there who were screaming racial slurs, because when anonomity is put upon people, they take advantage of it.
