Kat server lag between maps

Ok the KAT server has an issue.  When it changes maps it lags to the point people have to disconnect and reconnect to join...

Time of event: Approx 8:30 to 9:30 pm CST.

Oddly enough for some reason, whenever we go to zpo_z_day, it lags, from then it continues to lag into the next map and likely the map afterwards, though i've seen it happen atleast three times.

might be something used by the map, a command of some kind, i know the server was getting some kinda lag from shit in console and such last week.
