Could not CRC map error

Firstly this isn't really a noob problem as I'm trying my ass of to fix it.

Every time I join the TTT server and the map changes to certain maps eg. Crummycradle a4 it says...

I've tried deleting the maps and let them re-download but that doesn't work it says the same thing and doesn't replace the old file.

It also says I have the maps in my folder after downloading them manually and putting them in my maps folder yet they still don't work.

I've tried verifying game cache and exiting steam but to no avail.

I can think of nothing else other than re-installing my gmod which will take AGES. So if anyone can help I'd appreciate it .



EDIT: Also when I look at console after I have been kicked it says something like

Incorrect bsp version for map maps/ttt_crummycradle_a4.bsp (315382.64 should be 20)

Heres what i see. this may not be true but this is what i see in pics. Incorrect Bsp version right? well Look at your folder. See all the Zips with .bsp at the end? crummy doesn't have a zip file. Try that?
Second: You said you deletd crummy, but it says last modified december 30th. Delete the copy in there, because its not the current one. If that dosnt work, try downloading from the In-game workshop, because that will automatically do it correctly, so you have no mistakes.

You were dragging the map files into Garrysmod > Garrysmod_old in that picture you sent... There is a new gmod folder in Common, put them there.
