I'm sorry for my actions and the uproar i have caused over this discussion about my unmute, I just want to say that i will do to the best of my abilities to refrain from making any rude remarks and any annoying behavior towards others in the future. Thank you.

What did you change your name to?
I changed it to Punk Assassin in-game which is my steam id, then i changed it back to ICantFapToThis.
The fact that you changed your name RIGHT after you got muted, you knew after the first name change it kicks you, so you just kept going until you got perma mute,
After that you started to be a little immature and started join spamming with the name "Acecool is a meany" or something along the lines of that.
There you go assuming... Just throwing this out there, I never knew you couldn't change your name in game and it would kick you so yeah when I did change it the first time I was surprised, but the second time I just changed it back.

Most of the time, when people are looking for sympathy, and some type of reversal of punishment, they're respectful to the people who help the admins decide what to do. Instead of going on a backlash of sarcasm, try telling your side of the story calmly.
Although, from the looks of it, you're trying to bend it to make the admin look like the bad guy, which is common in ban-appeal's.
Me thinks lie.
Look I'm not lying and I'm not going to sit here and let you guys call me liars, so think and remember it how you want and I'll remember how it actually happend.

Pretty sure you were disrespecting admins overall
and secondly
If your constantly changing your name and it auto kicks you, and your muted.... your doing it on purpose as an excuse to avoid that mute...
Ok give me an example of how I was disrespectful to an admin, do you have one? And how do you that i was purposfully changing my name to avoid the mute..... Oh thats right because obviously you can read my mind and see exactly what I was planning to do! Yeah lets just say things that will make the admins feel good, this is complete bull because obviously you know that I intentionally changed my name to avoid the mute (sarcasm).

I'll go through my justification for the perma-mute.
He joined, played the game and was being rude to Waffuls, calling her names, and just blatantly mic spamming.
Waffults, aka Sluffaw, muted him the first time. ( 1st mute )
She muted him when he rejoined the first time to bypass the mute. ( 2nd mute )
She muted him the 3rd time when he rejoined again, each time to get around the admin action. ( 3rd mute )
After that happened while I was a witness to the entire event, I perma-muted him for not only mic spamming, but also for harassing fellow admins and rejoining to circumvent the punishment several times.
Please respect the admins decisions, do not try in any way shape or form to circumvent punishment, be friendly and respectful of all players, don't mic spam and we'll discuss an unmute down the road.
Ok not to be rude or anything I do not know where you getting the information that I called Waffuls a name, that is completely absurd and false, and once again..... I did not try to bypass the damn mute i changed my name in game..... which auto-kicks me.... i changed my name 3 times. I DID NOT MAKE RUDE REMARKS TOWARD WAFFULS IN ANY WAY, so for you to sit here say that I also called her names is like a slap in my face. ALL I did was moan in the mic. So thank you for your input on your understandment on the situation at hand, I will respect your final decision when the time comes.

Why were you banned:Well apparently i was being annoying to Sluffaw, and so i get muted, then i change my name as a joke and then i changed it back to its original, so then Sluffaw is like "He's trying to bypass his mute, perm mute him", whole story right there.
