My 2 cents: For what they are worth, coming from an old fart:
Disappointed in several things.
1) This should have been discussed with Billy, first.
2) A HA Apprentice should have handled this way better... Looks like you may need more training. Being polite always works better. Makes you look good, and the other a douche, if the need arises. (From what I am seeing here, again, I do not have all the info.)
3) Billy, you have been around a very long time, and are fun to game with.
4) That said, yes, I too, have heard some things. Not enough to warrant calling you out on the carpet, but enough to watch. When I watched (Alt accounts are great) I did not see any major rule violations.
5) That said, I cannot discount the number of people now complaining.
How I would have handled this situation:
1) Bring the HA of the server in question into the situation early. Why? Cause it is up to the HA as to what to do with a possible rogue Admin. So, therefore he/she/it must be fully informed.
2) Watch. If he was acting inappropriately, he will do so, even when you are online. Or use an Alt Account.
3) IF the Admin is misbehaving, talk to him/her/it. Advise them they are not following the rules. Do it nicely. Keep record of the conversation.
4) Watch some more. If the behavior does not change for the better, then:
5) Get adequate proof. Vids of him misbehaving. Logs of the stuff he stated in chat. Damage logs. Etc.
6) Get witnesses to back up the proof.
7) Give copies of all proof to the HA.
8 ) Advise the CL AFTER telling the HA, and ONLY if it is a severe case. (Severe = Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, Bullying, major abuses of powers crippling game play.)
9) Have the HA handle it. (It is their jerb...)
If you believe it was not handled appropriately, talk to HA again, and bring it to the attention of the CL.

Name change.
One CL own the server. One CL own the paypal (with 2 having access.) One CL own the forum. That way it is not one's community, but all. Or, we can have a future WG moment, again.
Oh, and applying the forum rules across the board, well, not so much. Not really applicable, and leads to confusion. Besides, how do you necro posts in TTT?
And that is probably all I am going to suggest, I leave you to your stuff. It is not mine to do any more.

Nah Wholegrain, it's not my place. Glad to see you have no major hard feelings. Do wonder why you haven't let go. CG does that to people.
Pillz and Inject are the ones who will decide what to do with you, not my place anymore.
As for the posts here:
No, I did not throw it away, quickly, but rather faded away. Surprised some found it sudden. Did you not notice the lack of me showing up on Saxton, or ZPS, or ZM, or Hidden any more? (Yeah, rarely showed on TTT, except via alt account to check on bad admins...)
No, I did not toss it away, I had been trying to get a replacement or two. Pillz is one I recommended, and there are others, who, hopefully will agree to lead. I won't post their names here, as it is no longer up to me.
Basically, I found I did not have the 40-80 hours a week to run things any more. Why do you think we had new Global Forum Moderators? I was not available to moderate, which was a key thing I did...
And, since I was not available, I could not do the job you guys deserve. So, I had to resign. Old Crow's resignation kind of made me realize it was over.

As you may know by now, I have retired from Community Leader. There are reasons. Primarily: 2 jobs and no time. Other things really don't matter. And no, I did not take the $ and run.  And no, Klondor did not have any responsibility for damaging CG, as WG has inferred. He, too, was too busy to continue as CL. I did enjoy the trolling of WG, Kwaurtz. Kudos. But really, why would he bother showing back up? Move on. I am. A suggestion: Change the name, get new Leadership across the board, and move on. CG is dead. Long live CG.
