Is it Just me or is the /rules command broken?
That means we can't look at rules ):
I suggest we make a wall with rules on it. Then have a little course where players have to answer questions about the rules to go through doors by using redstone and buttons. Only a little bit of redstone knowledge is needed for this.

well for factions remember u can change the power a person can have allowing them to claim 1 chunk of land to a whole a bunch. that is why we give each player like 2-4 power which lets them only claim about 2 chunks i think.

If everyone prefers vanilla sounds good to me.

Mob Disguise - Allow players to disguise as any mob even players. Should use permissions to only allow admins and maybe mods to use this plugin to monitor players

Faction Mod: allows to protect land, only allow players with 5-7 Power to restrict players from claiming too much land

What type of suggestion?: Equipment: detective's hover/stakeboard or detective's running shoes.
What does it do?: Allow the detective to travel faster (maybe by 2x normal speed), but only only allows detective to use secondary or have large wider cross hair (don't' really know how to word it).
Also has to recharge after 15 seconds of use.
Why should it be added?: Useful for when people call detectives to bodies or to escape hordes of innocents asking health station  trollface

What type of suggestion?: Equipment: Detective's Glasses.
What does it do?: makes blood splatters glow up.
Why should it be added?: Makes perusing wounded traitors easier.

What type of suggestion?: Weapon: Detective's Sniper
What does it do?: Deals damage while showing a blue bullet tracer that last for 3-5 seconds
Why should it be added?: Detectives should have some kind of sniper to counter the vintor and having a bullet tracer would allow innocents and fellow detectives to spot where the culprit is easier.

Another thing to add to make server better.
1. /help, shows everyone plugins that are used in server with commands it uses.

2. Use faction Mod only.

3. have spawn area that shows ALL rules and their exceptions and features the server has like some other minecraft servers.

4. We need a person who's familiar with bukkit and the code it uses :O 

5. we need some things to keep players busy and attracted to the server.

6 . Maybe have the server be faction PVP with several mods such as runecraft, mcmmo, and this other mod forgot wut it was called that allows people to turn paper into certain spells (fireball, lightning, invisible, etc)

Or we can have a mix of free build and Faction PVP, using permissions allow a certain group of people to build in a certain area.

Well shikaru RDM'ed twice this morning.
1. on the 67th way me and cortez were standing on boxes on the street and shikaru destroys the box which makes the car run over the both of us.
2. I took his HUGE as a traitor and he threatens me to give it back, but yeah i dont and he kills me for it.

so i think we should give him a week ban for this. to much rdm in 1 morning.
