There are only 3 races:
Caucasion - Typically but not limited to those of light skin tone, a variety of hair colors, and a pointy nose. They came from Europe.
Mongolian - Tanned skin tone and dark colored hair. Those who came from the middle east or asia.
Negro - In most cases darkened skin tone, greasier black hair, and a wider nose. Originated from Africa.
What are South Americans classified as?
Well. From what I've heard, it's largely considered that the natives of America are Mongols (the race) since they share many aspects with the people of northern Asian (without any actual link between them). Although these days, North America's Natives are in low number while in most parts of South America the races are not clear enough for a distinction and are usually considered caucasian. In Peru, some parts of Mexico, Paraguay and other smaller countries still have a great mongol influence in their skin tone and hair type. In Brazil, there are no races, there has been so much influence from other people that while most of the population is Caucasian, there are lots and lots of exotic "mixtures". Although it's very discussed, I'd consider race as skin tone, hair color and other general specifications, but only for scientific purposes, in a more human point of view, I'd consider that "Human" is one race and just one.

Nice tips Spinny.
I have my own guidelines that I try to follow and when I do, I usually get great rounds.
They are simple:
Play slow; Kill fast.
By that I mean, don't rush out killing people without being sure of anything, there are rounds that I don't kill anyone until 4 minutes and when the round is over I have 8+ kills.
Killing fast is more easy to understand, avoid following people, when you see someone standing and no one is around, don't be afraid of killing them with a plain shot in the head (I prefer shotgun) and walking away as fast as you can BUT REMEMBER, always have an escape plan, noise attracts innocents so you must run quickly.
Additional tips I like to follow:
Killed someone and you know it attracted attention of 1 or 2 innocents?
Easy: Hide in a corner and while they ID the body shoot them in the head (shoot the guy with more health first with a headshot then blast the other off)
Snipers are your friends: 1 sniper shot can take you down to 50 health but dispose of your sniper frequently since it's the gun that attracts more attention out of them all, don't let many people see you with it.
After you throw grenades, remember to switch back to your primary, it's easy to caught people that throw disco's and incendiary's because they'll be Holstered (no gun in hand)
Only frame people in the end of the round.

Dead Rising 2 for me, the first one looked delicious but I don't have a 360, so now I can get it for the PC, it was supposed to come out in the end of August but it was delayed to the end of September.
Also, Red Dead Redemption is pretty good.
