Blood...honestly jumping on top of the gas station...its not like im glitching the map, which you can on christmas town. Your other point, "I'm not too certain if he's good with knowing how to admin" Played TTT for 1200 of my 1400 hours on gmod, I know how to check damage logs, status, and all those great things to know as admin, i know most if not all of the general commands used by an admin, and i have gotten alot of people banned even without admin, but it would be so much more convinent if I could do it myself lol.

What helpful qualities do you possess: I know what damage logs are for starters, i know most of the commands and actions needed to get steam id and stuff to ban people, plus im a people person :P

Do you use our TS server: In my opinion it would be so much easier if everyone would just add each other on steam but sure ill use it i guess.

     Kermit, Milkman never gave you a straight answer.  But as for my opinion on your promotion i do NOT believe that you are admin material because, hell, you didnt even know what damagelogs were 5 days ago, and all you do is rage quit when people start messing with you.  I havn't actually seen you do any sort of admining in the time i've been on, which has been more than you, so...I vote no. The end :P

Dis is gude mane. He's a pretty good admin for what he can do with his limited powers, but i definatly thing he should have all toys at his disposal.  I know most members on here probably dont know who i am but im on every day theres people to play with but im not a douche so you can trust me when i say that milkman is a mature and responsible guy.
