He has more evidence then me, so he can get him perma banned, but I cant right now so Im just posting this. So I recently tried to play on a lan server by my self, and whenever I do, no matter what map I try, my game is stuttering and slow. Its not even like I'm having fps issues, my game runs fine, and my reload speed is the same. My acceleration seems to be higher aswell. I don't know what the problem is, and if someone could help that would be awesome. Try and validate your GMod files, go to your library (The place where it shows all your games), and right click garrys mod, click garrys mod, and search for the button that says "Validate integrity of game cache" Or something like that. Should fix any missing or corrupt files that steam might run into, always fixes my problem when I cant get a game to work, Also, try reinstalling the game.
If that doesn't work, we're going to need more specific details.
You'd be amazed what validating your files will do.
