Nexus, I've never been muted or gagged on this server. Ever. The one time I've ever been gagged was on a server that doesn't even exist anymore. I've never been muted because I don't use my mic. This tells me that either A) I am being confused with someone else, or B) You're remembering it differently in a way that supports your stance. (You're a decent enough person, it seems to me, that I'm ruling out lies.) Now that I think about it more, there was someone else going by something close to your name, who was in the Kacey video who was the definite troll. If I could see that video, it would clear a lot of things up. As far as I know, though, the closest thing I've done to trolling on this server is jokingly insult people. I'd think nobody would take that seriously, especially when it goes along these lines: "shut up pants face... walking around with pants on your face, like a drunkard... you can't even tie your shoes"

I've addressed that already; I don't recall devising any excuses to kill anyone. I just don't do that. Plus, I asked why you thought I was a troll. You can't just cite someone else's unfounded convictions. Now, I understand if you're confusing me with someone else (or more appropriately, if Oobla is), but you're being unreasonable. I didn't RDM anyone, other than we've discussed, and I certainly didn't attach an 'excuse' to any of my kills.
I understand that it's your word (or Oobla's) against mine, and that mine doesn't count for much, and that I'm probably not going to be unbanned at this rate, but I'd at least like to know what it is that makes the two of you think I'm a troll. Not in generalizations -- specific events. I've had it with this vagueness.
On a lighter note, I've defied your signature -- not only am I leaving (if this post continues in the way it has), I'm being evicted.

Really? I sure don't.
I can see your perception of me going into this -- you think I've slighted you when I was only drawing emphasis. It's rhetoric, not mocking or imitation. Sorry if it appeared that way.
Well, I think some clarification is in order. What do you define as trolling, and what was I doing to meet that definition? I don't think I was trolling, but it's all in the eye of the beholder in these matters.

I think that both of you have me confused with someone else. Link, the last time I was slain on the server, if memory serves, was yesterday for propkill. Accidental propkill, but propkill all the same. It wasn't even you that slew me, either.
Oobla, I don't quite have a response to that because I have no idea what you're talking about. Who'd I kill, and what were my "excuses"? When was this? Really, the only explanations I remember having to make recently (in-game) were for the two kills I've already mentioned, on Temple. Aside from that I think it's been straightforward innocent-kills-traitor-kills-innocent.

...So, does the unceremonious termination of responses mean the ban stays? That's a shame. I'm still not entirely sure why I was banned in the first place, let alone why it's permanent. In the worst of cases, I committed two RDMs -- enough for a kick at most. Oh well.

I understand that you didn't know at the time, but neither of the first two were RDM. Next time, please ask what happened first. I accept responsibility for the second kill on Rooftops, simply because I don't think you'd lie about him not having a knife. The first one, as I've established, however, was out of my control.
Also regarding Temple -- I didn't feel compelled to explain anything after the round ended because nobody asked. Plus, I already had explained it once before.

And, does this mean I have to follow the permaban format?

I explained what happened, and was going to explain it again when someone killed me. The first innocent was crushed by a door (spike room), and Herpderp thought I shot him, so he attacked me and I killed him in self defence. Oobla attacked me soon thereafter and I killed him too. Herpderp apologized, so if you'd like to ask him about it I don't have any reason to think he'd lie.

But not on Temple. Actually, I don't recall you slaying me at all today, but I may be mistaken. And, if what you say is true, I'll accept responsibility. He may have had a shotgun or something similar that simply looks like a knife in the dark. He pulled it out while directly behind someone, though, which is what triggered my alarm.

If I was slain, I was AFK at the time. Otherwise, no.

Regarding my previous post: Nevermind, I remember the last round. I was shot, because HerpDerpMike got confused -- he thought I killed someone who in fact fell victim to the traitor trap. I retaliated and killed him. Ask him about it. As I was trying to explain that, Oobla attacked me, and I killed him too. Still, I was not slain.
@Sniper: Well, sorry. He was pushing me with a barrel, so I pushed him back and he fell off the ledge.

1. I've addressed that already, I believe. It was intentional that he die, but not that he die after the round began.
2. I didn't see you run inside; I only saw him. In my haste (the man had a knife, in an enclosed space) I shot you by reflex as I came around the corner.
3. I wasn't slain at all on temple. I played 3 rounds there, on one of which I killed nobody, on another I killed five as a traitor and on the last I don't quite recall. However, the fact that it was the last round should speak for itself. I was not slain.
4. In total, I'd RDMed maybe 2 people -- again, if you consider an accidental half-kill and a prop push RDM. I still maintain that the ban was unwarranted.

Oh, and I suppose it's somewhat important to mention that this was played on Rooftops - the one with the destructible bridges, not the one with the billboards.

Who were you banned by: UnknownError Why were you banned: Mass RDM What server where you banned from: TTT What date and/or time around were you banned: ~8:40 server time Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:39254370 Your in game name: Gluten Free Batteries Link to your steam page: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198038774469/What Happened: I pushed someone off a roof before the round began, and they died after it began. Afterwards, I shot (but did not kill) someone for having a knife out. They were, in fact, a traitor. Admittedly, I did miss a few shots and hit Unknown, which may give the impression I was RDMing. GMod has a way of displaying a black screen when I get banned or kicked, so I don't know how long the ban is for -- sorry. My appeal: I. I pushed the person off 4 seconds before the round began, which means they would have covered roughly 78.5 meters. The building is approximately 43.4 meters tall. (I estimated the height of one player to be 6 feet, then stacked several file cabinets that were each about the same (a bit shorter) up until they reached the top.) Following this, I hold that the game defied the laws of physics and it wasn't my fault that he died after the round start. II. Two kills (very nearly killed the traitor), one legitimate and the other physics-defying, plus maybe 20 accidental damage from missing my intended target, should not warrant a ban. Furthermore, not 20 seconds after my death, someone ran into that same room and blew up an explosive barrel, killing innocents and traitors alike. Maybe I was confused with him? Feel free to reply with questions, comments or insults.

Pretty confusing time since I looked at the logs and you kept on damaging people and I was wondering why. I'm very sorry.
In that case, I understand. It's just that something in your mannerism at the time gave me the impression that you were eager to be banning me, which accounts for the indignation displayed in my first post. P.S.: I'm still not unbanned yet.
