Well lets see here, the ban reason was legitimate, you are insulting a person of high rank in this community and you are sucking up to the other admins. Why is this still going on exactly? Oh right, the democratic process.

It's more of a personnel attack, but I called it trolling because it seems he realized he wasn't getting unbanned and then he wrote a post completely dedicated to insulting tower hoping for a reaction.
Anyway, if he was abusing mute/gag before hand, people would be much more likely to do something if you provided evidence. At this point all you did was complained about a legitimate ban and flamed him.

The ONLY person I'm bashing here is Tower. Exeryone else get's a +1 in my books.
You should read the rules: Personal attacks are now allowed on these fourms.
You were gaged for:
Spamming to be unmuted
Advertising other servers by posting their address in the common chat.
You were gagged for:
Mic spam 2x
I didn't spam to be unmuted. Someone got killed in a really funny way so I said "OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH". Didn't ask to be unmuted once, and I never Mic Spammed. I was just talking to somebody, and you muted me and said, "Gosh, stop mic spamming". Honestly, anything more than two sentences, and you muted the person for it.

Ok, here's my (hopefully) final post.
Keep the ban/perm ban me, I can't get through to some of you, but the fact is he WAS abusing a lot before hand. Muted me, gagged NUMEROUS times for no reason. Then, when I needed an admins help, I was 100% ignored by him.
Do what you must.

Maybe me trolling him was in my fault, but with how much he was muting and gagging me, and on top of that, when I got RDM'ed and I tried to tell him with @(message), he completely ignored me.

I don't think we need any more trolls in CG.
If you want something fixed and you expect us to care you treat CG members with respect. Which you have shown that you are unable to do such.
Perhaps a longer ban would be better fitting for you?

You admitted to revenge rdming, you were trolling a lot before hand, and now you just said that you killed him for revenge and because you thought it was fun, although i think the permanent ban is a little too much i would just say if you ever get banned again it would be perm.
basically i think the week should stay, and you get a final warning.
No no, you got it wrong. I NEVER trolled before hand, I didn't revenge RDM, I only trolled that one time.
EDIT: these insults really wont help you out at all, and make a perm seem a little less far off
I NEVER trolled before, it wasn't revenge RDM, and that was the only time. He's really over reacting/being childish.
