Here's how the story goes so you can understand how he harrassed me with it:
I told Minato I had a twin sister, he started laughing. He wanted to see what we looked like so he got a picture and started saying stuff like "I want to pinch your cheeks" and "you guys should perform incest".
Minato thought me having a twin sister and his binds were a direct way to offend me. The bind translates to (he says in Japanese, I don't know for sure) "Twin sister, I want you badly."
Now, everytime I used to join the server he'd use those binds and sometimes over the mic he'd go "Hey HerpDerp.." Multiple admins told him multiple times to stop, I believe after a while he finally got a good sense to stop or he'll be banned.
So like, wasn't this sorted out by admins and what not? You're pretty much dredging up solved issues for the sake of an argument here. You spoke to admins about it, they sorted it out. What more do you want other than him being banned? That's kinda petty really.
Except he's done it recently too. I've witnessed the bind, even when mike isn't online he will spam it just to remind everyone.

Take Saxton down, replace with Fretta if we have the resources and a HA who can keep it stable?
A few problems with that. After garrysmod 13 rolled out, most prior gamemodes needed to be fixed/updated, meanwhile Garry Newman took out the fretta vote system from the base game files. Most of the gamemodes that use fretta were not updated, and finding a working fretta base from the files would be difficult.
Actually, we've found one already, DBag and I have been looking into it and are going to see if we can get it functioning enough.

So why was it (I assume) so recently pointed out?
It was pointed out during the meeting. Nowhere do I see people 'flocking to it' as otter has said, but Inject mentioned something about putting up a new server soon on teamspeak, so I did some investigation on it like I try to do for most things I don't know about, and voila.
For a while there was a test server before it originally released. It was a hit on there and was something new for people to play. However about 2 weeks after the release, it died pretty hard. I never remembered to talk to inject about it afterwards, but yeah, bad idea now to put up a server.

Who even suggested this mode? We have two empty TF2 servers, do we really need another empty server??
It's a Garrys Mod game. And Otterfiend.
Mind you I suggested this when it first came out, and people were flocking to it much more than they are now. At this point, I would agree not to even try it.

Crypto has always been a bit of a tricky subject. He does troll, but for the most part it is harmless. I don't know about all of the details of every ban, but his ban for homophobia is unwarranted though, or at least I feel it is. I'm going to pull out my sexuality card here to make a point. As a bisexual male, I found his posts to be humorous. This one in particular was worded as a perfect parody of someone with no grasp of the concept of equal rights. As for the being confrontational/trolling thing: Kwuartz does that all the time, and clearly he gets away with it. In fact, I believe he told me via teamspeak, that he "gets things done" that way. I'll bet most of us have been confrontational about issues on the forums at one point or another. Anywho, that's a +1 from me. He's a fun guy to have in game, and he's harmless.

I highly doubt you would make toast while you play Half-Life 2. Crumbs are bad for your keyboard.

I forgot to mention it's not that I'll never be around just not nearly as often. Once I get shit settled in my apartment I will be one sporadically. I'm not leaving CG, I'm just retiring from all admin duties because I cannot consistently be on.

From what I understand, you were banned from convict gaming, not conjoint gaming. Although it looks to be more like 8 months ago, they banned you for having tendovvi's name after they banned him that same month. So, if there is no ban in our system for you, please just go appeal it at the proper site.
